Do you have trouble following through on the right things you say? Do you need more organization in your life? How about a better way to handle conflicts? If you answered “yes” to any of these, then this article is for you. I am going to share with you 3 things you can do to help you get unstuck.
1. Become more physically active. Go on a physical activity like hiking, cycling or join a gym. Get your heart and lungs going by doing things like long slow runs on the track, circuits at the gym and weight training. Your body will need to recover before you can hit the practice fields again. In the meantime you will need the activity.
2. Create a more organized life. Take control of your physical world by cleaning the house, organizing your office and organizing your toys and things in the basement. You can learn from others who have good organizational techniques like the Beatles. Or take classes like carpentry or home improvement and learn some techniques to get your life organized. Once your life is organized you will be able to keep track of everything in your life. And once you have your life organized you can create a more organized life for yourself.
3. Get rid of negative beliefs. Get rid of all the beliefs about yourself and others you have that cause conflict. Once you have done all 3 steps above you will be well on your way to changing negative beliefs. Then you will be able to move forward on time lines to take action on things that matter to you.
Following Through Is a Journey
Making the right changes in your life is a journey. You will run into road blocks from time to time. But the more you do each of these 3 steps above, the easier it becomes and the sooner you can move forward. We are in the middle of the great transformation of our time. This is a time of great opportunity for each of us to realize our dreams and to live our dreams. As we awaken each day we can take control of our lives. We can take back our lives.
